About
We count it first
Most agencies start by selling you something. We start by counting what the current setup costs you, because if that number is small there is no project here and we would rather find out in week zero than month six.
01 How we think
Money made, time saved, trust built
Webinity exists because most small and medium businesses do not have a demand problem. They have a response problem. The enquiries are already arriving. They are being lost in the gap between somebody wanting to buy and somebody getting back to them.
That is an unglamorous thing to sell. It is also where the money is, and it is measurable, which means we can be held to it. Every engagement starts with a baseline number and every month is reported against that number.
What we will tell you
- When the number is too small to justify a project
- When a cheaper competitor is the right answer for your volume
- When the thing you asked for is not the thing that will move the number
- When something we built is not paying for itself
Where we are
Fourteen people across the London and Buckinghamshire corridor and India. The UK team runs strategy, delivery and client relationships. The India team runs build and support, which between them covers most of the working day on earth. Enterprise engagements in India are quoted in INR and structured per minute or on a retainer.
05 How it runs
Live in weeks,
not quarters.
Four stages, in this order, because each one only works if the one before it is done. You will know what is happening in each of them.
Count it
Week 0 · no chargeWe pull your inbound call log, your enquiry response times and your booking conversion. You get a single number: what the current setup costs you per month. That number decides whether there is a project here.
Build it
Weeks 1 to 4We build against your real scripts, your real diary and your real prices. You see it working in a staging environment before a single customer touches it. Two rounds of changes are included, and nobody counts them.
Run it live
Week 4It goes live alongside your team, not instead of them. First fortnight we listen to calls daily and tune. Your staff get a thirty minute handover and a one page cheat sheet, not a manual.
Improve it
OngoingMonthly, against the number from stage one. Calls answered, response time, bookings held, revenue recovered. If the retainer is not paying for itself several times over, we fix that or you leave.
Next step
Find out what the gaps cost.
Twenty minutes. Bring your call log and your enquiry inbox. If there is nothing worth fixing we will say so and you get the time back.
