AI Solutions · Reactivated customers, at near-zero acquisition cost
Revenue you already own
Dormant client detection and reactivation campaigns against the list you already paid to acquire, which is the cheapest revenue in the business.
01 What it costs you today
Why this one is worth fixing
Most SMEs are sitting on hundreds of past customers who have not been contacted in over a year, while spending money on adverts to find new ones.
Nobody decided to let them go. They simply passed the point where anyone noticed they had stopped coming.
The first reactivation campaign is often the fastest payback in the whole engagement, because the acquisition cost was paid years ago.
02 The build
Trigger, logic, action, outcome
Trigger
Customer passes your normal return interval without booking
Logic
Segment by value, recency and service, so the message and the offer fit the relationship
Data source
Booking history, spend and last contact
Action
Personal-feeling outreach on their preferred channel, with a reason to return that is not always a discount

Questions
Do we have to discount to get them back?
Often not. A relevant reason to return, a new service, or simply a message that notices they have been away works on a good share of the list. We test discount against no discount before rolling it out.
How far back can we go?
As far as your consent basis supports. We check that before sending and will tell you which parts of the list are not usable.
What counts as dormant?
It varies by service. A six-month recall interval and a two-year one need different thresholds, so we set them per service rather than across the whole database.
