Measured, not claimed
Week zero produces a number. Every month after that is reported against it. If a case study on this page does not have a before and an after, it should not be here.

Every engagement is reported against the baseline we took in week zero. These are the numbers we hold ourselves to.
Twenty-seven per cent of a week's calls go unanswered at lunch, in the evening and whenever two lines ring at once. The model prices what walks away.

What you get every month
One page, sent on the same date each month, comparing the current period against the baseline we took before anything was built. Calls answered, first response time, bookings held, revenue recovered, and the cost of the system against all of it.
We do not report on impressions, sentiment or engagement. If a number cannot be tied to a booking or an hour saved, it does not appear.
What we will not do
- Publish a result we cannot evidence with the client’s own data
- Use a logo without written permission
- Report a percentage without the underlying numbers
- Claim credit for a lift that started before we did
