Why is there always a monthly fee?
Because a system nobody maintains stops earning within a quarter. Scripts drift, diaries change, integrations break, and a build handed over and forgotten is a build that quietly stops working. The retainer covers monitoring, tuning and the monthly report against your baseline.
Can we start smaller than Capture?
Yes. Any single service can be bought on its own from the service pages. The packages exist because the parts work better together, not because we will refuse to sell one.
Is there a contract length?
Twelve months on the packages, rolling monthly after that. Single services are rolling from the start. We would rather you could leave than have to keep you.
What if it does not pay for itself?
Then we fix it or you leave. Every engagement is reported monthly against the number we took in week zero, so this is not a matter of opinion.
How do INR prices work?
Toggle the currency in the header and every figure on the site converts. Enterprise engagements in India are usually structured per minute or on a retainer, which we quote separately.
