What we are hiring for
Automation Engineer
Build n8n workflows and voice agents against real client systems. You will own workflows end to end, including the conversation with the client about what they actually need.
Front-end Engineer
Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind and enough WebGL to be dangerous. Conversion-first work where the brief is a number, not a mood board.
Client Relations
Own the relationship from first call to the monthly report. This is not account management by status update. You will be expected to know the client's numbers.
02 How we work
Before you apply
- Every project starts with a measured baseline, so your work is judged on outcome rather than effort
- No timesheets. We care what shipped and whether it moved the number
- You will speak to clients. Everyone does, including engineers
- We say no to work that will not pay for itself, which means fewer projects and better ones
- British English in everything client-facing, no exclamation marks, no jargon
No role that fits? Send us something you have built and tell us what it changed. That gets read properly. A generic CV with a covering letter about passion does not.
