Admin done overnight
The admin your team does by hand, done by n8n at three in the morning for nothing. Quotes, onboarding, reminders, reporting, reconciliation.
01 The problem
The cost of manual admin is hidden in salaries you already pay
Nobody has a line in the accounts for retyping a booking into three systems. It shows up as a team that feels busy, a director doing invoices on a Sunday, and quotes that go out two days late.
The test we use is simple. If a task happens more than twice a week, follows the same steps every time, and a person does it by hand, it is a candidate.
We build these in n8n and hand them over. They run on your infrastructure, you can read them, and you are not renting a black box.
02 What you get
Included as standard
Quote and proposal generation
One intake form produces a priced, branded document and sends it, usually before the prospect has closed the tab.
Client onboarding end to end
Contract, deposit, welcome pack, calendar invite and internal handover fired from a single confirmed booking.
No-show reminder sequences
Timed to your booking window across SMS, WhatsApp and email, with easy reschedule rather than silent cancellation.
Reporting and reconciliation
Numbers pulled, matched and delivered as a report on a schedule, instead of somebody exporting spreadsheets.
Internal AI knowledge base
Your policies, prices and documents made searchable in plain English, so new staff stop asking the same six questions.
Documented and handed over
Every workflow diagrammed and explained, so your team can change it and any developer can maintain it.
03 How it runs
From first call to live
Time the tasks
We sit with your team for a day and count what actually takes the time. The answer is rarely what anybody expected.
Rank by hours saved
Highest return first. We build the one that gives a week back before we build the clever one.
Build and shadow-run
It runs alongside the manual process for a week so you can compare outputs before anything is switched off.
Hand over and maintain
Documented, diagrammed and yours. The retainer covers monitoring, fixes and the next workflow.
04 Investment
Priced on what it returns
Per workflow for the build. The retainer covers hosting, monitoring, fixes across all your workflows and one new build per quarter.
Questions
What is n8n and why that?
An open source workflow automation tool. We use it because it can be self-hosted, the logic is readable, and you are not locked into a per-task pricing model that punishes you for growing.
What if a workflow breaks?
Monitoring alerts us before it alerts you, and the retainer covers the fix. Every workflow also has a documented manual fallback so nothing stops entirely.
Can it touch our finance systems?
Yes, with read access by default. We do not build anything that moves money without a human approving it, regardless of what the tooling allows.
How do you prove the hours saved?
We time the manual task before we build, and count runs after. The monthly report shows runs multiplied by minutes saved, in hours and in cost.

Twenty minutes. Bring your call log and your enquiry inbox. If there is nothing worth fixing we will say so and you get the time back.
