Questions
Why Next.js rather than WordPress?
Speed and control. A Next.js site on Vercel loads in under a second without plugins, cannot be broken by an update you did not ask for, and has no plugin surface to be hacked through. If you need a full blogging workflow we connect a headless CMS behind it.
Do we keep the site if we stop the retainer?
Yes. The repository, the domain and the hosting account are yours throughout. The care retainer buys maintenance and improvement, not access to your own site.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Yes, and we prefer to if it is working. If it is not, we will say so and show you what the alternative looks like before you commit to changing it.
What about our current SEO rankings?
We map every existing URL and either keep it or 301 it. Migrations lose rankings when nobody does that work, not because the platform changed.
