Enquiries captured
Legal enquiries are high value and impatient. Somebody who has just had an accident, been dismissed, or received a letter does not leave a voicemail and try again tomorrow.
01 Where it leaks
The four that cost the most
The out-of-hours enquiry
Distress does not keep office hours. The firm that answers at 11pm gets the instruction.
The intake bottleneck
Fee earners doing intake by hand is the most expensive data entry in the country.
The dormant matter
Clients who went quiet mid-matter and were never chased to conclusion.
The referral that stalled
Introducer referrals that sat in an inbox while the client went elsewhere.
02 The build
What we put in
- 24/7 enquiry capture with structured intake by matter type
- Automatic conflict check triggered before intake completes
- Client care letter, ID verification and engagement pack automated on instruction
- Matter update sequences so clients stop ringing for progress
- Referral source tracking and follow-up with introducers
Questions
Does it give legal advice?
No, and it is explicitly built not to. It captures the facts, identifies the matter type, checks conflicts and books time with a fee earner. Advice stays with the solicitor.
How is client confidentiality handled?
Data processing agreement, UK or EU data residency, encryption in transit and at rest, access logged, retention to your policy. We will complete your information security questionnaire.
Can it handle different practice areas?
Yes, with a different intake script and conflict rules per area. Conveyancing, employment, family and personal injury each need different questions.
